Hosting

This site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, fast delivery). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and works under its data processing agreement.

Reading and free tools

Articles and RSS are public. Free tools run in your browser and do not send text, page previews or campaign URLs to our API. Inputs are not saved to browser storage; refreshing clears them. No advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies are installed by this site. The hosting provider keeps short-lived access logs (see Hosting).

Newsletter permission

When signup is open, we store your email address, signup time, source and explicit newsletter permission in the publisher’s configured Redis service. Records expire one year after the latest signup. The email hash used to deduplicate records is an identifier, not anonymization. Protected publisher access supports export and deletion.

Email and unsubscribe

This website does not itself send emails or verify mailbox ownership. The publisher is responsible for confirmation, email delivery and a functioning unsubscribe route through their provider. Contact the publisher to withdraw permission or request deletion. Website deletion must also be applied to any separate email provider.

Security and retention

Signup requests are rate limited with a keyed connection-IP hash that expires after 60 seconds. Newsletter records and their listing index are separate; deleting a record removes its index entry. Hosting logs and provider backups depend on the configured services. Access credentials stay on the server and, for the publisher dashboard, in tab memory.

Earlier versions

The agency and project-management tools have been removed. This site does not read or upload their old browser data. Any backups you previously downloaded remain under your control.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). Email the address above.
